I have been serving the greater Venice area and Sarasota County for the past 16 years having come to Venice in 1996 to manage the start up and construction of a premier 55+ mid-rise condominium retirement community. 

The 1st phase included 22 freestanding villa's and a 188 unit 488,000 sf mid-rise atrium styled building.  The adjoining 85,000 sf clubhouse includes informal & fine dining, a miriad of recreational/health/service oriented activities and 24 unit Assisted Living Facility.

Following the successful completion of this phase, I transitioned to residential real estate sales with primary focus on the Venice and North Port communities as well as Englewood, South Sarasota, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda areas.

Previously I spent over 20 years with IBM Corporation in middle and executive management learning from the "Old School" that success comes from the BELIEF that business ethics and integrity cannot be compromised.

The ever changing economic and market conditions led me to become certified in the areas of Short Sales and Foreclosures including a thorough understanding of the Lis Pendens process.
